A predominant theme from this year’s responses highlighted the physical environment of our facilities. We acknowledge the importance of general maintenance and are prioritizing improvements to enhance comfort and accessibility. Additionally, the ability to make appointments ahead of time was noted, and we are exploring more efficient scheduling systems to accommodate this need.
We also appreciate the many positive comments affirming the quality of care provided. Many of you expressed satisfaction with our current services, punctuality, and the handling of COVID-19 safety measures. It’s heartening to know that so many of you are happy with our care and see no need for changes.
